These terms cover the Lalita website at lalitalife.com and the launch list you can join from it. Lalita the service is not yet open. When it opens, separate terms will cover it, and you will be able to read them before you decide whether to use it.

What Lalita is, and what it is not
Lalita is a structured conversational practice delivered over WhatsApp.
Lalita is not therapy. It is not medical care. It is not a crisis service. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or mental health advice. It is not a substitute for a licensed clinician, and it cannot summon help on your behalf or contact anyone for you.
If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in emotional crisis, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
Nothing on this website is medical advice.
Who can join
You may join the launch list if you are 18 years of age or older and live in the United States. By submitting the form you confirm both.
What joining does and does not get you
Joining the launch list means we have your name and email so we can contact you when Lalita opens.
It is not a purchase, a reservation, a subscription, or an account. It does not guarantee you a place. Early access is limited and is offered at our discretion. Lalita may open later than expected, may open in a different form than described on this site, or may not open at all.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell anything, and no payment is taken.
What we may send you
By joining the launch list you agree that we may email you about Lalita opening. That is the only reason we will write to you.
You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing hello@lalitalife.com, or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Accuracy of what you tell us
Please give us a real name and a working email address. If the confirmations you tick are not accurate, we may remove you from the list.
Our content
The text, design, name, and other material on this website belong to Lalita LLC. You are welcome to read it and to share a link to it. Please do not copy, republish, or reuse it commercially without asking.
The website is provided as it is
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of anything harmful. The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Lalita LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from joining the launch list. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top. If Lalita opens as a service, that will be governed by new and separate terms rather than by an edit to these.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the courts located in the District of Columbia.
